There is only so much space/room available in the TSVN dialogs. Adding
the URL, while certainly possible, would not help much but clutter the
dialog even more than it already is.
You can see the URL in the explorer properties dialog, Subversion tab.
And you can show the URL column in the check-for-modifications dialog so
you can see for each item shown what URL it has.

Sorry, but that won't happen. We are a very small team of developers and
simply don't have the time to keep supporting two year old versions.
