I can't reproduce that. But it could be that if your server is < 1.5
(most likely), then there's an issue in the svn library when doing
copies: it takes too long to gather all the merge tracking info needed
for the copy - but I think that issue is already fixed. You could try
the next nightly build (just updated to the latest revision of the svn
trunk).
