branch/tag bug: tsvn 1.4.99.11633

When i try to make a branch, i click TortoiseSVN -> Branch/tag...

The option "specific revision in repository" is set.
If I just change the "to URL:" and click "ok" my TSVN gets stucked.

But if i click "..." and select a revision (even if it is the same revision), or if i click "HEAD revision in repository" and click back to
"specific revision in repository" then click ok it works perfectly.
