Erase folders when switching

lets say my trunk has the property

svn:externals
images http://images/repo/tags/3.6
libs/my_lib http://my/repo/tags/2.1
libs/their_lib http://their/repo/tags/3.2

So i can have all external files i need in my working copy.

Then when make a switch to a branch/folder that dont have this property. (T)SVN deteles all working copy files/folders and
external folders ("images", "libs/my_lib" and "libs/their_lib"), but it leaves the "libs" folder.

Is there a way TSVN can delete it automatically when switching?
