My revision graph isn't working: tsvn 1.4.99.11633

Some time ago i was having problems when using revision graph while log cache was disabled.
Now that i updated to the latest nightly build and it doesn't work at all (with or without log cache).

I'm using tsvn 1.4.99.11633, file:// protocol, win 2003 R2 SP1.
