What is there to say about the cache? It is supposed to be transparent
to the user. And what are best practices? We could advise on use of
include/exclude paths, but that fits OK within the settings
description.

I have added the description of drive/exclude/include interaction -
the corrected version, not the one described in this thread ;-)
