Minor TSVNCache issue with 1.4.4?

From: Robert Roessler <robertr_at_rftp.com>

After installing 1.4.4 (from 1.4.3) and rebooting etc on my XP SP2 box
with all NTFS partitions, I now see that the overlays don't get
changed after, say, a commit... at least not automagically.

I now must e.g., do a Refresh on the Explorer window, or switch to a
different dir and then back to get the "modified" overlays to
disappear. This happened quite quickly and without intervention on my
part with 1.4.3.

Note that I can check the SVN tab in the file's property sheet and it
says "normal", so there is no question about the status... it just
seems that [presumably] TSVNCache is not issuing the proper
notifications that a visual has been updated(?).
