How did you manage that? My overlays have not updated after commit
since about 1.2. The directory watcher in TSVNCache sees no change in
the file timestamp on commit, so it doesn't send a change
notification. IIRC there were problems previously with excessive
notifications on commit, which is why they were cut down. But that was
a very long time ago.
