TSVNCache has encounterd a problem.

Hi All,

    From past couple of days i am facing a problem when my explorer gets
refreshed, along with that the icons are not being displayed in the
explorer. I tried all the possible steps like reinstalling TSVN with
latest version (after removing the complete tortoise svn from the
system), but it did not work out.

    I have attached the error report which is generated and the
screenshot of the window which generated the error report.

    Please get back with the solution as early as posible.
