I guess you looked in c:\windows\system32 for that particular dll. Then
yes, you won't find a newer one there.
But please check in the path
C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.VC80.CRT_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.762_x-ww_6b128700
for this dll and check the version. It should be 8.0.50727.762.

Another thing: I googled for 'sara lee corporation' and couldn't find
anything related to 'offlinescan'. What is this application for?
I'm also wondering: does this only happen with that app or other apps
too? If not, then it most likely is a bug in that application (most
likely a wrong manifest file included).

I just installed TSVN 1.4.4 on two virtual machines (XP and Win2k) and
couldn't reproduce this problem with none of the apps I tried the "File
Open" or "File Save" dialogs.
