C++ Runtime Error

Dear Sir,

Kindly note this is the first time, I'm trying to use Tortoise SVN. I have
downloaded version 1.4.4 and installed on a WIN XP Pro with SP2 and all
patches installed.

I'm able to access settings dialogue and also able to perform other
operations also on Tortoise. However, I have one of the programs provided by
one of our buyers and when I'm trying to run that program it's giving me C++
Runtime Error as can be seen in the attached snapshots.

This error is coming when I'm trying to open an "Open/Save File dialogue" in
that program. As can be seen in the snapshots, I also tried to copy
MSVCR80.DLL in that particular program directory as well as in Tortoise
directory but result is same.

Kindly provide your help in this regard. Please note that as I'm not a
