Ok, after several hours debugging and searching the web (thanks for the
application to actually test this btw), I can assure everyone here that
this is not a bug in TSVN but in the application(s) that report this
error (no matter what they tell which dll can't load the c-runtime).
With your application (OfflineScan.exe), you would get the same error if
you have the MS windows defender installed (I have, and when I
unintalled TSVN, it complained about that one). Or if you have Acrobat8
installed (have that too, and when I uninstalled the windows defender,
it complained about an Acrobat8 dll - that's where I gave up trying to
uninstall stuff).
A quick websearch revealed a *lot* of application that reveal the same
kind of bug:
