Start Menu Shortcuts

I am not on the mailing list, please reply to me directly.

When clicking on the TortoiseSVN shortcut in the Start Menu, you receive
a message telling you that need to open Explorer, and you should have
read the manual.

Intuitively, I expect this shortcut to give me the TortoiseSVN settings
panel.

I've changed my shortcut from command:rtfm to command:settings, so it
now does what I want, but I wondered just how useful the command:rtfm
shortcut was? Does it cut down on support queries/confusion? Or does it
fool people into thinking you can access TortoiseSVN from there, when
they instinctively go to their Start Menu to alter the configuration?

Thanks,

Malcolm.
