Creating a remote repository

I have read the TSVN help information about creating a repository
(right click on a folder and select "Create repository here".

That's find for creating a repository on a local machine but I want
to create one on our remote server, over in the next town, running
Subversion on Linux.

Basically I need the equivalent of the "svnadmin create" command that
works on the remote repository.

Is there any such capability within TSVN?
