You should check the "save authentication data" checkbox to avoid these
kind of problems.
The reason is that TSVN sometimes has to connect multiple times to the
repository to first get some information and then to actually execute
the command. TSVN does this so that you don't have to guess or enter
additional params - TSVN first tries to find the right params by
contacting the repository and ask for some information.
