show differences

When trying to show the differences between two version of the same file
I am prompted for my authentication information multiple times.

To duplicate:
1. right click a versioned file in explorer and select 'Show Log' from
the TortoiseSVN context menu
2. After the Log Messages window displays, select any log message
3. In the bottom list box, right click any file and select 'Show
Differences' from the context menu.

At this point the user is prompted multiple times for their
Authentication information, even though the TortoiseMerge window is
displayed after the first successful authentication.
