the mailing list is the *only* correct place of posting feature
requests. So you're at the right place :)

While we could try to implement something like this by copying files
around, we only can work around the Subversion API and could never
really do this reliably.
You'd have to ask for this feature on the Subversion mailing list
(users at subversion.tigris.org). Only they could implement this
feature so that it works.
