Feature request.

Hi there!

Sorry but I could not find another way of posting feature request than
using the mailing list.

I would like to suggest this new feature, a way to "un-version" a file,
without deleting it from the working dir.
Basically, sometimes I get files under source control which I don't want
them anymore, but would like to keep them in the checkout dir.

I have a few suggestions on how to do it, but I guess you guys are in a
better position than me to come up with a design! :)

I love TortoiseSVN, this is the best tool ever!
