Seems like Zinc overwrites those dll's with an older version (BETA?).
Since we use the merge modules from MS to install those dll's, I'm sure
we do it right.
The forum post from "loop" indicates that Zinc really overwrites those
dll's (or installs them in the wrong location).
Also it seems that the Zinc developers ignore the forum posts - pretty
bad considering the price of that application :(

Sorry, but there's nothing TSVN can do to solve this issue.
