Conflict between Zinc(Flash studio pro - MDM) and SVNTortoise

Could you guys check this out. When I try to start Zinc I get following
error :

Executable ..../zinc.exe had the followinf unrecoverable error:
couldn'd find library MSVCR80.dll (required by c:/program
files/TortoiseSVN/bin/libapr.dll) please ensure that it's installed.

I cannot start Zinc anymore. With previous versions of svn I didn't have
the problem, so it seems to me the problem is with svPl
