My version is:
Server: svn 1.2.3
Client: TSVN 1.3.0
Up to now I can see OWN locks only in the repo browser.
The idea is to see the remote locks in the repo browser if you have no working copy.
(Like: "It's nonsense to check the directory out - it has active locks")
