Feature request: Show (remote) lock owner in repo browser

My colleagues work with folders containing many binary files.
They ask for a simple way to see if someone locked a file before
checking out a working copy.

It would be a nice feature to see a potential lock and the lock owner
in the repo browser.
Up to now I can see the own locks only.
