That's a file in the Subversion library. You should report it on the
Subversion mailing list. If you can tell them exactly what you did to
trigger that assertion, or if you can even reproduce the problem, they
will fix this immediately (debug assertions are left in the library for
exactly that reason: they expect this to never happen, but if it does,
they need to know how/why).
