Either your msi is corrupt (try downloading it again), or you're trying
to start it from a network share. XP SP2 doesn't allow installing from a
network share unless you allow that in the group policies.
Oh, and it also won't install from paths where the user SYSTEM doesn't
have execution rights (try moving the msi to another location and try
again).
