All my projects have a "changelog.txt" plain text file in the root
directory. Whenever I add/change/remove something I add a line to this
changelog and include it in the commit. This way you'll get a nice list
of things that have changed. I think the TSVN project uses the same
approach.

I think this process is so simple that TSVN doesn't need to have support
for it.
