Suggestion: async update on the icons in tortoise

Hi folks.

To start off: We use tortoise svn on all our software development
projects. Love both tortoise and subversion! Great work folks!

Just a suggestion: some of our directories have many files (500).
Sometimes Tortoise takes quite a while to show the directory when you
click on it. While you're waiting, explorer stops operating (from memory
any explorer windows open will also pause). Would it be possible to just
let explorer show the files in the directory without the icons and just
fill them in asynchronously? That way there'd be no pause, but the icons
would appear over time.

This would be a great feature, and would pretty much make it unneccesary
to turn off "removable drives", "network drives", "cdrom" in the icon
overlays options.
