overlay icons on windows terminal server, revisited

Hello,

Overlay icons not appearing for some users on windows 2003 terminal server
is a known issue and mentioned in the FAQ. As the FAQ states, it is due to
one user starting the TSVNCache process and other users not having
permissions to connect to it.

However, after fiddling with Windows permissions for a while and also
searching Google, Windows help files and this mailing list, I wasn't able
to figure out what setting under Windows security settings affects this
specifically.

The FAQ states "As long as the users have certain rights on the server
(i.e. the right to establish local pipe connections to apps running in
another user context) it will work". Does anyone have any experience with
configuring this?

Please CC: the reply to me,

thank you,
priit.
