That looks bad. If even a cleanup reports an error, your working copy
really seems messed up. Maybe you have to do a fresh checkout.

Reasons for such things can be:
- bad harddrive (run chkdsk once in a while)
- other programs having Subversions internal files open (virus scanners
are known to do that - you should always exclude your working copies
from being scanned)
