Error while doing a cleanup

Hi List,

Long time listener first time caller. We started having locking errors
on a file were trying to commit. Tortoise SVN recommended we run clean
up. 'Please execute the "Cleanup" command.'. We did this and in the
process we received a new error:

Subversion reported an error while doing a cleanup!
-----------------------------------------------------------------
In directory 'blank'
Can't copy 'blank.svn-base' to 'blank.4.tmp':
The system cannot find the file specified.

OK

What is the proper way to fix this? And how can we prevent this in the
future?
