Great Release!

Just to let you know your work is appreciated!

1.2.4 (I think that's the number) is awesome. In particular, the
overlays are working great and updating well making life a lot easier!!
(I reckon that's a very cool feature, particularly when you have
temporary branches and want to know where your changes are.)
Your previous releases have made lots of things better too and the user
interface is great.

One thing that would be really cool if it is not too much hassle:
Hotkeys on the context menus in explorer? I use the keyboard a lot in
explorer and it would be really nice to tap the context menu key and be
able to press a key for one of the tortoise commands I've promoted to
the top level of the context menu.
