Bug in Tortoise 1.2.4.4479?

I upgraded to the latest version and noticed a difference in the behavior
from the previous version. I checked the currently-reported bugs but
didn't find this specifically but some referred to the "icon cache" and so
maybe this has already been reported.

Anyway...

What I did: this happens every time I do a commit from a higher-level
directory when there are files to be committed in a subdirectory.

What I expected to happen: I would expect that after the commit the icons
on the subdirectories show the normal icon with the check mark.

What happened: The icon that says things have changed (with the
exclamation mark) still shows. Even if I hit F5 (refresh) it still shows
that way. It is not until I actually navigate into each subdirectory and
back to the parent directory do the icons change (only the one I navigated
to changed, the others don't until I go to them and back as well).

If it's something I'm doing wrong, please let me know. I'm using XP SP2
version 5.1.2600.

Thanks, this is a great product.

Alan
