If in the settings the overlay handlers are disabled, then they refuse
to load and Windows does not occupy a slot for them. It's not necessary
to remove the keys.

And: those registry keys are in HKLM which requires Admin privileges to
write to. So we can not remove the keys since TSVN does not run with
Admin privileges.
