TSVN export feature

Hi Stefan,

I was about to correct the docs for TSVN export which still refer to
multiple .svn directories in a working copy. Since 1.7.0 there have
been a few questions about why the Export has lost some features and
the official answer is that because it is now easy to delete the
single .svn directory it simply isn't needed any more. I'd like to
suggest a couple of reasons why that is not always the case.

1. Unnecessary copying. Imagine you want to export your 20GB WC to a
network drive. Copying that .svn folder will take a lot of time and
bandwidth.

2. Explorer not showing hidden files. Maybe I'm in a minority but I
use this setting, so copying a WC and deleting the .svn folder now
requires extra steps to show hidden folders, delete the .svn folder
and then hide hidden folders.

Of course these are not really very big issues - I hardly ever use
Export myself - but if the code is still there why not make it
accessible?

Simon
