There's a problem which I haven't found a good way to work around:
Currently as you've noticed, TMerge does not save its state on exit.
Because if the state of the toolbars/ribbons/whatever is saved, not only
the state is saved but it's actually a copy of the resources that are saved.
If I add a new button or change anything in the UI, then those changes
won't show up because the saved state doesn't have the new buttons or my
changed UI.
And worse: if the user decides to switch to another language, the saved
state still has all the English strings in it and whatever language pack
is selected won't show up.

Heck, before I found out how to disable the state-saving, I spent four
hours trying to find out why the accelerators I added didn't work!

Are they translated in the po file?
