T-Merge ribbin don't remember "Minimize the Ribbon", Quick access customization

I'm not fan of Ribbons, but ok - old school boy :)

At least I would like Ribbon to remmember its minimize state over
T-Merge starts.
It is also forgeting Quick access customization which it not very
usefull yet, but anyway.

I also noticed that some string are not translated Group names:, Files,
Edit, Navigate, View
Command: Use Block (translated OK) -> Use block 'their' then 'main'
(partialy translated !)
