The comments made by Bert Huijben make me think that the behavior of the
TSVN commit dialog should be changed to support the change in handling of
svn:external commits with 1.7. Either:
 1. Don't select files and directories from svn:externals by default.
 2. Better: implement (1) and additionally don't allow both regular paths
and svn:externals paths to be selected since the commit will fail anyone.
This is bound to confuse people, so perhaps a popup message would be useful
in this case.
