[T-Merge bug ? ] selection ends on line end not char

While marking text from right to left I can select from any char to char.
While marking text from left to right selection ends on line end.

Not sure if this is feature or bug, but:
If it is feature: then selection should start on line (?)
If it is bug ...

Note: it is tested o RTL languages ?
