I've checked the translated dll, and there's an untranslated string in
the string resources of that dll:
E&xport...

I've also tested the ResText.exe tool both win32 and x64 versions with
both win32 and x64 resource dlls. All combinations work ok.

But I found that the string itself isn't translated in the po file:

Other strings mentioning "export" are translated, but not this string
with the accelerator. Well, it appears as translated, but the
translation is in English (untranslated strings don't have the "msgstr"
part).
