Update documentation TortoiseMerge translation file NL

Hi Guys,

Saw the request for translation help on the Tortoise website.
Here is my first shot for an update of the TortoiseMerge documentation
translation to Dutch.
I focussed on getting rid of the Fuzzy ones first.
Hope this helps.

I have no idea who is going to read or process this. If something is
wrong, or if I have missed some vital information, don't hasitate contact
me.
