That depends :)
The repository browser is usually used to browse for an url. Hitting OK
should close the dialog and return that url to the dialog that asked for
an url.

Sure, we could change the behavior depending on whether the repo browser
was started to find an url or not, but then users would get even more
confused because the behavior wouldn't be consistent.
