1.6 release

Hi folks,

Barring showstopper bugs, subversion 1.6.0 is slated for release on
20th March - only 9 days away. I know I have a little more work to do
on the docs before then, and I need to be quick to give the
translators a chance.

Should we be rolling a TSVN 1.6.0-RC1 before the main release?
