One question about the screenshots: in previous releases, we had those
consistently made on XP. Should we keep that consistency or just use
whatever screenshots people create? Since I'm using Vista, I would have
to create the screenshots in an XP VM which is not as comfortable as
just create them in my 'native' OS.

I'm not sure that's necessary, but I'm open if others feel it's necessary.
