Hi Stefan^2,

I quite like the new selected node marking. The only place it doesn't
look right is on the HEAD node, where the marker goes outside the
outline. I just noticed that the same is true of the "Tags on copy
source" option. One solution is to change the square marker to a
triangle (pointing to the right for tags, pointing to the left for
selection). That will work for ellipses and rectangles

The delay on marking trees which will be pruned looks good.

A couple of tooltips are incorrect. "Remove deleted branches ..."
should be "Hide deleted branches ...", and the same for the next icon.
