No, that would mean that the shell extension had to connect to the
repository. If your repository is not accessible or on a very slow
connection, that would block the shell.

right-click on the list header in the Check-for-modifications dialog.
You have there all the columns you need.

The tooltip on the file shown in the list control already shows the full
path. You don't want to have the full path in a dialog title: the dialog
is maybe wide enough for your paths, but many people have *very* long
paths, and they would only see the first part of the path, missing the
filename completely.
