WG: Error on page http://tortoisesvn.net/translation

The download of the German translation does still not work.
In the meantime the link opens

Try it: you can't download the file ...

The direct link does not work as well:

since 1.5 the download page "Supported Languages & Credits" does not work:

If you click on a translation package you get the message "page not found".

I am looking for this page/file:
