Some questions from a new translator

Hi!

First of all, I'd like to thank all TortoiseSVN developers for
enabling me to contribute to such a great project. TortoiseSVN & svn
have saved me hundreds of hours and made developing software so much
easier for me. I hope my small help would be useful for the project.

I've just started translating TortoiseSVN into Polish a few days ago,
I made a first commit an hour ago.

I have a few questions about the process and tools used to help us
(the translators).

1. Accelerators

As I can see in the .po files hotkeys are assigned using two methods:
the first one using the ampersand (&) in the strings themselves, and
the other one - in separate strings like: ID:32771:V C +F , pointing
to the target string in the comments (e.g. "&Find").

Is there any way I could make sure that these are "in sync" (i.e. to
check that the hotkey assigned in the ID:32771:V C +F translation is
the same as the one marked in the target string translation?)

Using Oto's great tool @ http://tsvn.e-posta.sk/?l=pl I can check the
accelerators for uniqueness within a single window/menu and look for
missing/unexpected accelerators. But does it check the consistency I
mentioned? If not, is there any other tool or should we check it
manually?

2. Does http://tsvn.e-posta.sk/?l=pl sometimes report "false
positives"? I checked translations that are listed 100% complete and
it lists some duplicate accelerators for them, including English
itself. As the polish translation currently also lists many red lines,
I am not sure if I should correct them ASAP, or just ignore the items
that are also invalid in the report for English.

Thank you in advance for your answers,
Krzysztof Kotowicz
