Miscellaneous findings

Hi devs,

Stumbled into a few inconsistencies while playing with the new issue tracker
integration (using latest nightly build):

- the 'Working copy path' appears to be case sensitive - if you get the
casing wrong, the plugin won't start
- the '...' button used to select the working copy folder contains a "TODO"
at the top

Also, the script used to create a test repo (doc/test/MakeTest.bat) does not
work for me. I'm using TSVN-generated svn.exe, which apparently cannot
expand wildcards automatically, and therefore commands such as 'svn add
*.xml' fail. The attached patch makes the script run without errors for me.
