Hungarian translation

Hello!

I've looked into the current Hungarian translation... it's a mess.
It is inconsistent, the previous translator translated the same term
differently at different places.
There are a few grammatical errors too (which are not just typos).
There is no official way to translate words like repository,
checkin/out, branch/tag, merge etc, so he came up with his own
words... which made me chuckle a few times :)

In other words, it needs bigger patch-up and I doubt it'll be ready by
the deadline.

Also, can I ask for access to the repository? (Or you do not trust
newbies and I should just send the translation to
patches_at_tortoisesvn.tigris.org?)

BTW, I accidentally applied for an observer role (I thought there'll
be a confirmation page or something), ignore it please.
