No overlays after complete reinstall cycle

Hi devs,
I do a complete uninstall - reboot - install - reboot cycle nearly every day with the current nightly.
The last couple of days after the new overlay handler was implemented i have no Overlay Icons in explorer and in the settings dialog of TSVN. (Screenshot attached)

I get no Error Msg and there is no notice in the Event Log. I had deactivated the overlay cache completed for testing and i have no exlude or include filters set.

If there's anything i can try, maybe setting a registry key or something i will try it.

I just wanted to wait until Stefan has completed the work on the new Overlay handler.
