Accelerator key problem in translation

Dear Steve,

I change some mails with Luebbe about his and he recommand you as responsible.

I translated GUI to SK plus/minus successfully, but there is one thing I found is wrong.
When I translate Menu items with accelerator key I'm not sure to which menu it belongs to and I use some keys for more items. This make acceleratos useless.

We (I and Luebbe) agreed that there should not be big problem to make some report about duplicate accelerator key, but it will need list of menu items group.
I expect that all menus are in seperated files so maybe there is way how to relatively easily build this lists.
Then this lists may help translators to choice accelerators keys and and also supply some script with them to make reports about wrong-duplicate keys.
